Welcome to Evolve Fit Studios (“Evolve Fitness Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Staszak.

By accessing or using https://evolvefitstudios.com (the “Website”), purchasing memberships, booking classes, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

Evolve Fitness Studios provides in-person personal training, classes, memberships, and related wellness services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, class, schedule, instructor, or offering at any time without liability.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Certain features may require account creation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

5. PAYMENTS

All fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Clients may cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive either:

• A refund; or
• A credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the session will be considered used and no refund or credit will be issued.

Membership fees and package purchases are otherwise non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle strains
• Sprains
• Falls
• Physical injury
• Serious health complications

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

You agree to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program and to discontinue participation if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Interfere with Website operation.
• Upload malicious software.
• Impersonate another person.
• Harass staff or other users.
• Submit false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Evolve Fitness Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content submitted.

• Graphics
