CoreAlign is a stand-up based Pilates style exercise program. While standing on mobile carriages weighted by exercise bands, you will be taken through a series of exercises that will pinpoint areas of muscular and postural disfunction or compensation. Exercises can be made as assistive or resistive as needed so that through repetition you can achieve better neuromuscular awareness, equal distribution of force and weight, and efficiency of movement.
